We have included these fees below for your reference. While there are no specific regulations for administrative and travel fees, we ensure that these are clearly communicated to you. Real Estate Transactions

  • Loan Signing (Full loan package signing): $100 – $150
  • Seller Package (Includes deed, seller docs, payoffs): $100 – $160
  • Buyer Package (Home purchase documents): $90 – $135
  • Refinance Signing (Full refinance closing): $100 – $150
  • Deed-Only Signing (Warranty, quitclaim, TOD deeds): $60 – $95

General Notary Appointments

  • Mobile Notary Appointment (Includes travel + 1–2 notarizations): $50 – $75
  • Each Additional Signature: $5 per act (As per Pennsylvania statute)

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

  • RON Appointment (Online notarization via secure video): Starts at $28

Apostille Services

  • Apostille Facilitation (Pickup/dropoff service included): $200 – $250

Additional Fees

  • After-Hours/Weekend Appointments (Outside regular hours): $25 – $50
  • Rush/Same-Day Appointments (Priority booking): $25 – $75
