- A Valid Photo ID
- Driver’s license, state ID, or passport
- Must be current (not expired)
- Must match the name on the document
- Unsigned Documents
- Don’t sign anything ahead of time—we need to witness it in person!
- All Signers Present
- Everyone signing must be there with their ID ready.
- Witnesses, If Required
